  23. How much space can my uBuilder web site use?

  24. Your web site has an unlimited amount of space you can build upon. Be aware however that the more space you use the longer your pages will take to download. It is also more difficult to find a problem when you have to look in so many places.

  25. I purchased a uBuilder. What do I do next?

  26. After you purchase a uBuilder, you can expect an e-mail from us with instruction on what to do next. The email will also give you your username and password.

  27. I attended the seminar but I can't attend the training, what should I do?

  28. You can do one of two things. First, go to www.semreg.com to see when the next training class will be near your area. Second you can call our Customer Service line to find out what the class would have offered and receive training from a customer service representative.

  33. Can I go into this with a partner?

  34. Yes, you can. Some people find it easier to start a business with a partner. This is fine. Make sure to let us know so we can put both you and your partner on the account.

  35. Do I have to sign up at the seminar or can I call uSight and set up my account?

  36. uSight will set you up either by attending the seminar or by calling us on the phone. It would however, be beneficial to you to go to the seminar. If you need to call us and set up an account for your business please call customer service at 1-800-544-9459.

  37. I have been waiting for my login e-mail and it hasn't come yet, what should I do?

  38. After you purchase the site from uSight, you should wait at least two business days for the e-mail. If at that time you do not receive an e-mail from uSight, you should call the Customer Service at 1-800-544-9459 so we can assist you.

  39. How do I transfer a domain name to my site?

  40. When you purchase a domain name from another company, you will need to transfer that domain name to us. In order for you to do so, you must contact customer service. We will then ask you for information on your domain name. There is a small fee of $50.00.

  41. Where can I purchase a domain name?

  42. To purchase a domain name contact our Customer Service line. We charge $90.00 for the first two years. It will change to $70.00 for every two years after the first two.

  43. How long will I pay my monthly hosting fee?

  44. You will pay your monthly hosting fee for as long you own your site. A hosting fee is charged to host your information on the Internet.

  45. How do I set up my e-mail accounts with uSight?

  46. First you will need to have a domain name connected to your site. Once the domain name is attached, you can go to www.ubuilder.com/instructions for detailed instructions on how to setup your e-mail accounts.

  47. I have a merchant account that runs off a gateway that is currently not supported by the uBuilder. What should I do?

  48. You can put in a request for our development team to look at the possibility of adding support for your gateway. For more details, call our Customer Service department.

  49. How do I know when someone has made a purchase on my site?

  50. When someone makes a purchase on your website you will receive an e-mail letting you know what that customer has purchased. Your customer will also receive an e-mail confirmation for their purchase. To set this up you will need to include your email address in the merchant account section of the basic information area of your site.

    You can also view your orders by clicking on the "Your Orders" option on the main menu.

  60. You have a couple different options if all the phones are busy in customer service. You can send us an e-mail at customerservice@usight.com or you can try the line again. Usually when the phones don't get answered it means that all of the customer service reps are on the phone. If you simply try five minutes later you will most likely get through.

  63. What are uSight's hours?

  74. We do not allow pornographic materials to be published on the uSight web sites or any sites that are hosted on uSight's servers.

  77. If I have my own unique product can I sell this on my website?

  78. Certainly, you are able to sell your own products on your web site as long as they follow the restrictions set by uSight.

  81. I purchased the platinum package. What does that include?

  82. The platinum package is unlimited websites. This allows you to activate new websites for personal use or to resell these sites.

  83. I could not afford to buy the package I wanted at the seminar. Could I do that later?

  85. How would I upgrade my uSight package?

  98. If you would like to cancel within the first three business days after purchasing the product please follow the instructions on the back of your pink order form.   99. How long will it be before I receive my login information?
